Estate is currently working with parent company Siesta Bay
Holdings and Development on two major development projects
Wilderness Crossings, one of the
newest communities by
Kemick Homes and Wilderness Bend.
Wilderness
Crossings is a 40 acre site located in east manatee county. It
is an exclusive community comprised of 28 1 acre lots.Wilderness
Crossings is actively taking reservations with home sites
starting at $199,900, and is working with exclusive award
winning builders such as Kemick homes Inc. Construction of homes
slated for February 2007.
Wilderness Bend
is comprised of 39 wooded acres that adjoins Rye Wilderness State
park. This project is currently in the County approval process and
is scheduled to break ground in August 2007.
